Ingredients:

    • 1 portion of espresso
    • 1 TBSP of powdered cinnamon
    • 1 portion of cachaça (sugarcane spirit)
    • 1 TBSP of light-brown sugar
 

Preparation:

Heat the cup or glass. Put the sugar, the coffee, and the cinnamon in it and stir. Add the portion of cachaça and cover with whipped cream. Serve immediately.
