Ingredients:

    • Salmon in slices
    • 2 TBSP margarine
    • 1 chopped onion
    • 1 cup of pineapple juice
    • 1 TBSP flour cup brewed coffee
    • Salt Chopped parsley

 

Preparation:

For the sauce: melt the margarine in a pan and brown the chopped onion. Dissolve the flour in the pineapple juice and add to the pan. Add the coffee and salt to taste. Stir until thick. Bake the salmon slices and add the sauce. Decorate with chopped parsley.

Yield: 4 portions
