Ingredients:

    • 12 ounces mascarpone cheese
    • 4 eggs yolks
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 6 cups brewed coffee
    • 1 portion of almond liqueur
    • 10 ounces lady fingers

 

Preparation:

Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until they are white. Delicately add the mascarpone. Mix the coffee with the liqueur. Place a third of the mascarpone cream in a mold. Add the lady fingers soaked in the coffee. Repeat with the remaining mascarpone cream and lady fingers, forming layes.
